Naturewalls® products are delivered with our shipping partners DHL and DPD and are free of charge throughout Germany for orders over €50*. For delivery to many countries in the European Union (EU), the costs in the list below apply (outside the EU, additional delivery fees may apply).

Current delivery times are displayed next to the product on the product detail page. As soon as we ship your product, you will receive an email for live tracking via DHL. Depending on the size of your order, it may be necessary for us to deliver your order insured via a shipping company with our logistics partner Cargo-Line.
Note : The delivery time of an order always depends on the ordered product with the longest delivery time. For the sake of the environment, we ship orders in one delivery whenever possible. *Except for German islands, unless otherwise stated, sample shipping and products from the NWxFAW - Series.

The following secure payment options are available to you when ordering from Naturewalls®:
Paypal
You can pay safely and easily via PayPal. At the end of the ordering process you will be redirected directly to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log into your account from there using your user data and make the payment.
Bank transfer (advance payment)
If you pay in advance, we will process your order as soon as your payment has been received in our bank account. When making the transfer, please make sure to include your order number in the intended purpose.
Credit card
With us you can also pay conveniently and securely with a credit card. We accept credit cards from Master Card and Visa as well as American Express.
Purchase on account with Klarna
The principle is simple. You have up to 14 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice. You only pay when you have received the goods. You can shop in a relaxed manner, complete your order and check your products in the comfort of your own home.
Instant bank transfer
With the instant transfer process, you can pay safely and conveniently using your usual online banking details (PIN/TAN) without registering. We receive a real-time confirmation after the transfer is completed.
AmazonPay
When using the Amazon Pay payment method, you use your Amazon account and the shipping and payment information stored there, e.g. E.g. credit card, direct debit etc. to complete your purchase with us. Payment is made entirely through your personal Amazon account.
